On May 11, SinoLight Corporation’s Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager Guo Jianquan, Deputy General Managers Ren Jianping and Cai Muyi, Deputy Chief Engineer and Safety Director Zhang Jianxin, and General Manager Assistant and Director of the Science and Technology Management and Industry Promotion Center Xiao Dan, as well as other leaders visited Haisum and carried out special studies on technological development strategy, industrial promotion and information construction work. Haisum’s CPC Committee Secretary and Chairman Zhao Guoang, President Chen Rongrong, Vice Presidents Zhou Yuan, Jinshan, Du Daoyou and other leading members, heads of relevant departments of Haisum headquarters, and leaders in charge of technology and information of the headquarters and various head offices participated in the survey work meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xiao Dan.

At the meeting, Liu Zhiquan, the Deputy Director of the Group's Science and Technology Management and Industry Promotion Center, carried out special promotion and implementation of the "SinoLight Corporation Science and Technology Management and Industry Promotion Center Work Plan in 2021". Jinshan, Vice President and the person in charge of the headquarters' EIM Digital Innovation center of Haisum respectively reported the company's technology development strategy, industrial promotion and the progress of information construction work. The leaders in charge of technology and information of each subsidiary participating in the conference also conducted special reports and exchanges on the company's industrial environment and core competitiveness, the current status of the key topics and industry advancement and ideas about future development.

Chairman Zhao Guoang and President Chen Rongrong as the representatives of Haisum, focusing on the Group's research topics and corporate center work, respectively delivered detailed reports on the organizational reform, digital transformation and core competitiveness building, and carried out in-depth analysis from the aspects of market expansion, R&D investment and technology leadership in combination with the company’s "14th Five-Year Plan" overall goals and put forward suggestions for further contemplation. The leader of the Group Company put forward guiding opinions on related work, affirmed the phased results achieved by Haisum recently and made suggestions for the specific work at the next stage. It is hoped that Haisum will seek truth from facts instead of being impetuous, seize opportunities by leveraging industrial competitiveness and rely on the company's historical accumulation, industrial influence and technological advantages to form new breakthrough growth points.

After listening to the report, Deputy General Manager Cai Muyi analyzed the contradictions and bottlenecks faced by SinoLight Corporation and Haisum at the current stage of development, and emphasized that future development that must focus on market orientation, pay close attention to national strategies and industry development trends and find out the demands and development focuses. Haisum at the same time is required to further increase its R&D efforts in the field of engineering technology, sort out its core technical advantages, accumulate technical experience and clarify its own positioning and future development direction.

The General Manager Guo Jianquan stressed important instructions. He underlined that the subsidiaries of Haisum must further sort out and extract core competitiveness and technological advantages, and truly integrate the technological development strategy into the 14th Five-year Strategic Plan of Haisum; conform to the development requirements of the times, deepen the main business of the market, and build the company's core competitiveness to be converted into actual production benefits; give full play to the operation advantages of Haisum headquarters and its head offices in market segments to achieve overall layout and coordinated development in order to maximize the benefits of the company. During the meeting, the participating leaders also visited the Haisum EIM Digital Innovation Center and acknowledged the phased results achieved by the Center.
