A few days ago, the “Qiantan 54-01 Plot” project undertaken by SinoLight Shanghai Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Haisum, was awarded the LEED silver pre-certification.

The LEED certification is the "Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Building Rating System" (or LEEDTM in short worldwide) established and promoted by the United States Green Building Council. It is currently considered to be the most complete and influential among various building environmental protection assessments, green building assessments and building sustainability assessment standards in various countries around the world.  

The technical team of consulting company got involved in the project pre-construction development and planning and design phases to provide technical requirements as per the status of the project design owing to the advantages in LEED certification services for years and based on goals of certification and the principle of minimum cost increments. As a professional consulting service team, the "Qiantan 54-01 Plot" project team of the consulting company provided the Owner with professional and reliable opinions on drawing approval at different approval nodes to ensure the practicality of green technologies in terms of sustainable site identification, water efficiency, energy utilization, material resources and indoor environmental quality, as well as presented the application materials in accordance with the requirements of LEED certification and actively communicated with the US GBCI audit team to finally have the LEED silver pre-certification certificate awarded, which was unanimously recognized by the Owner.
