On December 30, Chen Rongrong, CPC Committee Deputy Secretary and President of China Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd., led a team to visit Hubei Xinye Tobacco Sheet EPC Technical Transformation Project (hereinafter referred to as: Xinye Project), and had an exchange meeting with Xiong Bin, Party Secretary and General Manager of Hubei Xinye Tobacco Sheet Co., Ltd. and other members of the leader group.

At the exchange meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth communications on the progress and existing problems of Xinye Project. Both parties stated that they should continuously enhance their overall awareness, carry forward the exemplary and leading role in Party building and co-construction, overcome difficulties with unified understanding and action, thereby fully guaranteeing the successful realization of the agreed objectives and the performance of the contract on schedule.  

The two sides also signed the A Manifesto for 100-day Hard Work at the meeting.   

During the inspection, Chen and his entourage listened to reports on Xinye Project's progress management, contract management, receipt and payment management, material management, quality management, safety management and work arrangement in the next stage. He stressed that the project team should maintain the sobriety of "the last leg of a journey marks the halfway point" to incorporate bottom-line thinking and awareness of urgency into the overall work of the project, further strengthen refined management, use information technology to improve management efficiency, and forge an "iron army" of execution, working diligently for 100 days to present a satisfactory outcome to the Owner.  

Chen Zhiming, Vice President of China Haisum, Zhang Zhi, Deputy General Manager of Market Development Center of Headquarters, and Shen Guodong, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Business Departments, also participated in coordination exchanges and field inspection.
