Since March this year, the COVID-19 in Shanghai has been fierce. On March 26, Shanghai launched nucleic acid screening and centralized community management measures for controlling COVID-19. The party members and cadres of Haisum Party Committee in Shanghai immediately reported to the community party organizations online through "Pioneer Shanghai" applet on WeChat as soon as possible and took the initiative to reach the front line.
